All items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery! Include photos and relevant details and I will work with you on a solution!

In the case of unexpected breaks: your piece is highly durable, as far as ceramics can be, and should not break from standard daily use. However, due to the nature of handmade ceramics, there can be unseen defects from the throwing process or drying process that show themselves some time after creation. If you have an unexpected break please email us with clear photos and details of how you found it and we can find a solution!
